Robot Controller
A matrix camera was installed above the pallet to record the position of the objects. A lifting table ensures that the top layer is always brought to a standardized position between a light curtain.
For the robot Controller, the coordinates in the X and Y directions as well as the angular degrees are then transferred to the robot, while the Z position is fixed. The whole thing runs in a Basic script specially programmed for this task to ensure precise and efficient control.
