Inspection of Valve Pockets

Our Inspections of valve pocket checks the precise position of the path classifier (template classifier) and the quality of the outer valve pocket contour to ensure maximum accuracy.

In picture 1 a path-classifier (template classifier) inspects exactly the position and, in parallel, the quality of the outer contour of the valve pocket.

Picture 2 shows the completed path inspection. (A related path inspection can as well inspect, for instance, welding seams).

Picture 3 and 4 show the valve pockets and hollows-templates twisted and in their target-position.
