Telecentric Inspection

Very high requirements regarding speed and accuracy are requested to the system at the telecentric inspection. Missing as well as protruding contours get detected with an accuracy of +- 0.03 mm. Via a midpoint calculation of the central opening, the angle of twist of an object can be localized and exactly inspected with a high pace.
